Brahim Sabour is a Full Professor of Phycology and head of the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology, Ecology and Ecosystem Valorization and of the RU Phycology, Blue Biodiversity & Biotechnology, University Chouaïb Doukkali, Morocco. Convinced of the potential and the originality of his country in terms of marine biodiversity, research activity of Brahim Sabour focuses on the diversity and ecology of marine algae along Atlantic and Mediterranean Moroccan coasts.
Zahira Belattmania is Assistant Professor of Phycology at Chouaïb Doukkali University, Morocco. Her research interest is marine biodiversity and biotechnology. Her more recent research has focused on ecology and valorization of marine macrolagae. She obtained her Master’s degree in biotechnology in 2014 and her PhD degree in marine biodiversity and biotechnology in 2018 from University of Chouaïb Doukkali.
Soukaina is a researcher at Chouaïb Doukkali University, dedicated to exploring the southernmost populations of kelps, particularly Laminaria ochroleuca and Saccorhiza polyschides. Her work delves into their ecology, genetic diversity, and potential applications in biotechnology.
